I decided to turn over a new leaf once we moved into this house and get out for more walks. I want to aim for 14 miles a week to start with. That may not sound like a lot, but remember that a) I work full-time b) I am quite out of shape and c) it’s extremely hilly round here, so a two-mile walk often feels like four!
So far this week I’m up to 13.7 miles and I have 2 days left, so that’s pretty good. I don’t know if I can keep it up, but the scenery certainly helps keep me motivated.
